Antique Primitive Spanish Wood & Iron Bird Cage

This antique bird cage was sourced in the Catalan region of Spain, outside of Barcelona. Crafted in wood and iron, this large birdcage makes a fabulous decorative accent in your space. The style is quite primitive, but both sides feature hinged doors for interior access to the large main center section. There are no major issues with the piece, besides wear and patination. The side doors work well and include latches. The wood portions may have been painted a pale blue at one point, but weathering and time has taken over. There is also rust present on the metal structures.

Measures 40" W x 18" D x 26.5" H. Surface wear, patination, rust and structural changes are present in the piece.
