The Morrell PLUS Series Lap Steel Guitars are the perfect choice for both the beginner lap steel player or the seasoned, on-the-go player! This model sports a solid American Poplar body with a 2-octave screened fretboard and triangle inlays. The Morrell-designed stainless steel fixed bridge provides plenty of stability during play and allows for maximum sustain! The Kent Armstrong Spit-Fire strat-style pickup is wound slightly hotter than your normal single coil so chimey highs and clear articulation between strings is easy to obtain. As with all Morrell Lap Steels, this PLUS Series guitar is handcrafted right here in the USA!
